These guys are great in caves. Every bite will give you a disease that lasts for 80 seconds called Mega Rabies. Basically just a character from a random account that keeps our belongings in the tribe if we all wipe on an adventure. Win the DPS race with a shoty. Keep medical brews on you.

Mega Rabies was added with the release of the Megalania, a couple patches ago.

Close. It is mainly used to cure Swamp Fever, transmitted from a Diseased Leechamong other sources, but can also be used to cure other minor ailments. They destroy everything. And you were correct, the way to cure it is to use the antidote. At one point he looses the rabies, then contracts it again from one of the tames that has it. But we would never treat one another that way. Including our cornerstone. Normally it doesn't feel like a huge deal if you die.
