The food was good but we thought expensive (we don't live in the USA) at $500 per couple for 2 courses, one shared dessert and two bottles of wine.

My first impression wasn't all that great as it took 15 minutes to get seated even with reservations. Italian. No booths that I can recall.Hats are not allowed in the dining room, and men may not wear sleeveless shirts. We went on a Tuesday night with no reservation but we were seated promptly. Las Vegas' Il Mulino New York serves classic Italian cuisine amid an elegant ambiance. Thank you Il Mulino for a great dining experience....Well, this is a boring restaurant that hasn’t bothered to modernize its menu. Had a large party there the other night, won't be doing that again.I normally don't write reviews unless I had an exceptional experience, unfortunately this was an exceptionally poor one. The beef carpaccio was fresh and tasty.
Other parts of the service were disappointing - we were celebrating a big birthday and told them when they asked.
Food was not up to par at all for the price. The scallops in prosciutto divine. Worth the visit.

I live 4 hours away so I had to book my event by email and phone conversations. Nine at night, hungry, I yelped and found that Il Mulino was nearby. I can't believe what a terrible experience the four of us had for $394.31. Nice. For us, we arrived about an hour...We stayed at the Swan, so this restaurant was a perfect place to eat without having to go out again. worst experience ever. In both cases the pasta was fresh and while the clams were small...Had to endure a solo meal on this trip and it just made to sense to eat at the hotel. Food fabulous, server very attentive but not pushy, great wine list. They know how to serve food and treat customers. With an emphasis on authentic preparations from the Abruzzo, Italy, Il Mulino New York delivers expertly crafted dishes with exemplary service in our home at West 3rd Street. We booked an earlier reservation so we could head to Epcot afterwards.
I also want to note that every time I've been to the Vegas and Village locations the food and the service was outstanding.

Located at the Caesars Forum Shop in Las Vegas, Il Mulino New York is the only restaurant with an outside dining overlooking the Strip.
