Verse 11~Singing has always been a part of worship to Jehovah God. And they made preparation for the building of the temple without delay: whatever God calls us to do, we may depend upon his providence to furnish us with the needful means. And they built the altar to offer up burnt offerings upon it, in order that the peoples hear and understand the matter, that they did it with the sanction of the king and therefore they would hesitate to taunt them about the building of the Temple.the daily sacrifice of the morning and the daily sacrifice of twilight.And they observed the feast of Succoth as is written, and the burnt offering of each day in its day, in the number, as the ordinance of each day in its day.וַיַּֽעֲשׂ֛וּ אֶת־חַ֥ג הַסֻּכּ֖וֹת כַּכָּת֑וּב וְעֹלַ֨ת י֚וֹם בְּיוֹם֙ בְּמִסְפָּ֔ר כְּמִשְׁפַּ֖ט דְּבַר־י֥וֹם בְּיוֹמֽוֹ:and the burnt offering of each day in its day, in the number: the sacrifices of the Festivals in their number, according to their ordinance.And afterwards [they offered] the daily burnt offering, and for the New Moon and for all the appointed seasons of the Lord that were hallowed, and for everyone who willingly offered a free-will offering to the Lord.וְאַֽחֲרֵי כֵ֞ן עֹלַ֚ת תָּמִיד֙ וְלֶ֣חֳדָשִׁ֔ים וּלְכָל־מֽוֹעֲדֵ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה הַֽמְקֻדָּשִׁ֑ים וּלְכֹ֛ל מִתְנַדֵּ֥ב נְדָבָ֖ה לַֽיהֹוָֽה:And after Succoth they would offer up sacrifices every day, for the morning and for the evening.lit. Chapter 1And when the seventh month was come, and the children of Israel were in the cities, the people gathered themselves together as one man to Jerusalem. They contribute, and lay the foundation of the temple, ver. We, as His people, are to open our mouths and let the world know of His return and what's coming to the unsaved at that time. The previous chapter describes the return of the people. The sacrifices for all these solemnities were a heavy expense for so poor a company; yet besides those expressly appointed, many brought free-will offerings to the Lord. 1 Chr. 1 - 6.
