Floors were dirty. We got into town late and decided on this place because by the adverts it seemed to be close to the river. Not a 5 star park nor is the price. There are 54 powered and 5 drive through powered sites available for caravans, campers and motorhomes. Loved this park and will definitely be back! It was filthy, broken filthy toilets and showers were dirty and unkept.

Westview caravan Park is located only 3.5 minutes from the centre of Dubbo & 5 minutes from the Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo’s main tourist attraction.

We would come back.This is an awesome little park, Manager and staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area, this park was a bit of a gem for us, the permanents were fantastic, the amenities were clean, and showers hot, straight across the road to Dubbo’s main shopping centre. Own or manage this property? The amenities old but clean and we got a drive through site, always a bonus.

The amenities are very clean and the manager couldn't be more helpful.We were a bit unsure at first as it looks a bit run down, but the manager was friendly, the price very reasonable ($28 2 adults, powered site) the other parks in Dubbo are ridiculously expensive so we were happy with that.
Very close to town. My husband went to the men’s and said they were revolting too. Rubbish strewn under clothesline near amenities blocks and piled up in backPark needs a fair bit of tlc, we booked in for 1 night luckily enough. left 8.30 am.

Are there any historical sites close to Poplars Tourist Park?Many travelers enjoy visiting Old Dubbo Gaol (0.4 miles) and Dundullimal Homestead (2.5 miles). Came back to our van. What are some restaurants close to Poplars Tourist Park? Very close to town.

Take the road to the Dubbo Airport and you’ll find us at the top of the hill. Was ok for the night. We hardly slept a wink it just had that vibe about it, and knowing that anyone could just Willy nilly walk through the park and could go through your stuff. Not Dog Friendly. There needs to be more lighting throughout the park, maybe some proper fences especially on the boundary of the park. Took photos and left without using them.
