We will have no hesitation in bringing any of our friends for either a lunch or an evening meal.We visited on Sunday night of bank holiday weekend. Mandarin Palace is currently CLOSED as the present time falls outside of the opening hours below.

Every table was laid up immaculately, we could not decide so picked a set menu which seemed very reasonable at £22.50 (cheaper than our local), the wine menu, no prosecco on the menu but an Argentinian which again was reasonably priced. We had a set meal for four (can't remember which one) and it was superb. We waited around 20 minutes for a table. We were not offered menus once shown to our table, nor attended to in any way for some considerable time.I have lived in this area all my life (56) years,and last night for my birthday my husband and son took me to the Mandarin Palace,well all I can say is I have no complaint's about anything.me and my husband had set menu B our son picked other dishes,thank goodness our son was with us as he had to eat a lot of our meal as dishes were plentiful.Staff were lovely always asking if everything was OK,cannot believe we have not been to your lovely restaurant before but we will be visiting again,Thank you for your lovely hospitality.First and for most the staff are one of the reasons we always return to this amazing restaurant.
